These are a few of my favorite things
There are some features to my house that I find adorable. I really liked the house when I first saw it, but these little bonuses made me love it.
The mailbox.
So I know it's silly, but I am crazy about this cute little mailbox. The mailman puts the mail in the slot outside, it slides down a little chute, and this cute little door opens up in the living room. LOVE IT!

So pretty.
A telephone nook!
At least, that's what my mother told me she thinks it is. It makes sense.

Oh, and did you notice that it repeats that darling arch that can be found throughout the house?
A laundry chute in the hall closet!
This will come in handy when I do laundry once every other month. Maybe I'll actually do it more often, because there happens to be...

The kinda scary, unfinished basement.
But, hey, I'm not complaining. At least it's not limestone (which is like a horror movie most of the time).

Time can't move fast enough til this baby is all mine.

Thanks ladies! I actually just moved out of Milwaukee back to my hometown in Freeport, IL. It's a smaller town about 2 hours from Milwuakee.
